What happens if I exceed my plan’s threshold?
Actually, nothing bad happens. All your users will still be able to login: it’s just a commercial matter.
If you just exceed one month, but your three-months average stays below or equal to your threshold, nothing is due.
If you exceed the three-months average, then you can
- pay up the excess users, according to the rates you’ll find in your contract
- upgrade your plan to a higher number of users and negotiate a cut to the due amount
That is why we recommend to keep an eye on your numbers or to plan ahead: it is much better to negotiate an upgrade when you think it’s needed.
